If you prefer linens to be provided for you, please let us know and we can take care of this for an additional $30 fee.
A non-refundable deposit of one night's rental will be required to secure booking. The remaining balance will be due 2 weeks
prior to your arrival. If booking within 2 weeks, entire payment will be due upon booking.
We prefer payment through Paypal - we'll send an invoice via e-mail and you can pay securely online. We will accept personal
checks if needed, as long as there is adequate time for the payment to clear.
A fully refundable security deposit of $150 will also be required within 2 weeks of your stay. It will be refunded in full once the
cleaning crew has confirmed that no damage or excessive cleaning issue has occurred during your stay.
Dogs may be allowed for an additional fee. Please inquire.
